5.6MW Gas-fired Hot Water Boiler Project for Heating Station

The cooperation with Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler this time is a heating station located in Tianjin. The heating station is mainly responsible for winter heating of a total of 80,000 square meters of residential areas in the surrounding area. In combination with my country's current increasingly stringent environmental protection policies, the heating station urgently needs to phase out the original coal-fired boilers and replace them with new gas-fired hot water boilers. The heating period in the north is relatively long, and the heating station is very concerned about the stability of the boiler operation. If there is a problem, it is difficult to guarantee the normal heating of users. For this reason, the heating station is also very cautious in purchasing boilers. After inspecting many manufacturers, the company decided to cooperate with Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler to provide it with a gas-fired hot water boiler (SZS5.6-2.5-Y.Q) with an output of 5.6-MW.

This series of gas-fired hot water boilers are equipped with a condenser in the way the flue gas passes, and the heat is absorbed and used again, and the emission of harmful substances such as NOx is as low as 30mg/m³. The boiler adopts scientific airflow design, the temperature field in the furnace is uniform, the fuel is completely burned, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 96%. Taking into account the safety needs of actual work, the boiler is equipped with more than 10 complete safety protection functions to ensure safe and stable operation.
