Jinzhengda Ecological Engineering Group 10 tons integrated condensing gas steam boiler

On July 30, 2016, Jinzhengda Ecological Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and FANGKUAI Boiler signed a boiler sales contract to purchase two 10T/H integrated condensing gas steam boilers, which were responsible for all installation and commissioning of the boiler. The two boilers are used for the extraction and fusion of trace elements required for crops such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the fertilizer production process, and one or two boilers can be selectively used depending on the production season and the difference in production.

The integrated condensing gas steam boiler independently developed by FANGKUAI Boiler uses a 2+1 pass design, and the energy saver and condenser are used together to effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature. The use of equipment such as threaded pipe and corrugated furnace can improve boiler fuel utilization in an all-round way, integrating energy saving and high efficiency. The boiler adopts PLC automatic intelligent control system, which can realize automatic management and ensure the reliability of boiler operation. The combination of hardware and software makes the integrated condensing gas steam boiler more flexible and easier to operate.
