The fuel gas
hot water boiler that is started up for the first time or stopped, and the preparation work must be done. For the operation of the boiler's oven and boiler, the user must have a good grasp of it. Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory summarized the following preparations for the start-up of oil-fired and
gas-fired hot water boilers, hoping to help everyone.
Newly installed, relocated, or long-term out of service boilers or boilers whose walls and arches have been repaired or modified must be baked according to the conditions of the walls. For the drying method, please refer to Q/CNPC-BGP•G0209.
Newly installed, relocated, long-term out of service boilers or pressure components that have undergone major repairs or transformations should be cooked according to the amount of oil and rust on the inner surface of the pressure components. For the cooking method, please refer to Q/CNPC-BGP • G0209.
The pressure components inside the
oil-fired gas hot water boiler must also be inspected in all directions:
1. The boiler pressure components have no defects such as bulging, deformation, cracks, leakage, corrosion, abrasion, overheating, rough expansion, etc., and the bracing is firm and the expansion is tight;
2. The pipes on the heating surface and the pipes within the boiler are unblocked;
3. When there are no tools, bolts, welding rods, cotton yarn street and other sundries left in the drum, header and pipeline, close all entrance doors and hand-hole doors.
