SAIC-GM-Wuling 2.8MW integrated condensing fuel gas hot water boiler

FANGKUAI Boiler has cooperated with GM brands across the country and has considerable experience in cooperation. This time, we cooperated with SAIC-GM-Wuling Chongqing Base to establish a win-win cooperation. According to the estimation of the number of auto parts produced by the base, two 2.8MW integrated condensing hot water boilers were signed, and the two boilers can flexibly adjust the number of units according to the demand of the auto parts produced by the base.

The flue gas condenser is arranged at the tail of the boiler body, and the flue gas temperature (<100 °C) can be greatly reduced by the condensing recovery device, the boiler efficiency is improved, and the harmful components in the flue gas are also reduced; the heating surface of the boiler is arranged reasonably, and the ripple is adopted. The furnace has increased the heat transfer area of the boiler, which is more efficient and energy-saving. The automatic welding equipment guarantees the quality of the boiler and prolongs the service life.
