4 ton gas steam boiler project for food processing plant in Kazakhstan

(WNS4-1.25-YQ). After the overall acceptance of the boiler is qualified, the boiler will be assembled and shipped, which is convenient for installation, commissioning and use at the user's project site.

This series of steam boilers adopts a closed condensate water recovery system, and the high-temperature condensate water directly enters the boiler for use. With the three-return structure + economizer + air preheater, the heat of the flue gas is fully utilized, and the high-temperature condensate water is recovered from the source. The heat recovery and utilization has an immediate effect on saving operating costs and improving boiler efficiency.
